Booking & your start date

Welcome to your journey! after deciding upon Gracelizabethome to help you create the home of your dreams, you will find a list of available dates on the home page.

After deciding on a start date for your project and making payment, kindly send an email to gracelizabethome@outlook.com with your name or order number and the available start date you would like.

The week before your start date

Your start date is looming, how exciting! 1 week before your project is due to begin an email will be sent to you including a detailed questionnaire about your project. Please return the filled in questionnaire to gracelizabethome@outlook.com, if you can also include a list of dimensions for the chosen space (including ceiling height), any inspiration images you have for the space, and any links to Pinterest boards you might of created for the room also. This all helps me to hit the ground running come your start date and get your project moving along nicely.

Moodboard & Colour palette

For the first stage of your project I will create you a moodboard for your chosen room, the aim of the mood board is to give you a general overview on where I feel your design should go based on the information given in your questionnaire and inspiration images.

I will also create you a colour palette for the same room, giving you a general feel on colours, textures and metals to be used in your design.

After sending over your moodboard and colour palette, you will have the opportunity to make any amendments to the proposed designs, before we move on to the next stage.

CGI's

Possibly the most exciting part of the process has begun, the CGI's! After signing off on your proposed moodboard's, I will begin creating your CGI's for the space, this can take a few days depending on the room size and level of detail required, but I will keep in touch along the way giving updates on the process, and if I have any questions.

After creating your CGI's I will send them over to you for approval, and once again you will have the opportunity to create any amendments you wish. At which point I will make the changes and re-submit you you, this process can be repeated as many times as necessary until your CGI's are perfect for you!

Sourcing list

Now you've signed off on your CGI's, I will begin putting together a sourcing list for you (your sourcing list is an optional added extra), the sourcing list is a spreadsheet created on Excel, in which I try and source as close as possible to the items shown within your CGI's, in order for you to recreate them in your home.

The sourcing list will include links to products, images of the products, a description on how to execute and prices.

*Please note, it is up to you to double check dimensions, and products can differ from the CGI's, but I will always endeavour to source as close as possible to your renders.

Budget

A question I'm asked frequently is if I can work with a smaller budget, the answer is absolutely! I frequently source from high street brands, some of my favourite are H&M home, Zara home, Habitat etc.. Of course the smaller the budget the less likely we are to be able to include custom features such as cabinetry, but customising Ikea cabinetry is always a great option! So big budget, or small budget, I will always do my best to design you an amazing space you can be proud of.

Booking multiple rooms

If you would like to book in for more than one room, I would ask you to use the contact form below before making payment. This is because I give clients 4 weeks from their start date to completion for one room, if it's a project with multiple rooms I will need to assess your entire project lead time.

This is no problem at all, mood boards will be created for every room at the start of your project, and rooms will be completed one by one following this, with sign off's happening at every stage.

I would also ask you to please contact before booking in as I may need to move other start dates around in order to accomodate your project.

Returns

You can request a refund in full, within a 14 day period from your start date.
